TECHNICIAN – FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for building maintenance of all company’s premises.
  • Undertake minor building repair works, i.e. plumbing, electrical filling etc
  • To monitor and update rental operation system.
  • Liaise with suppliers / contractors for and rectification and repair work.
  • To provide good customer service and meet customers’ expectation with regards to complaints.
  • Carry out routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, elevators, generators, and other facility equipment.
  • Perform corrective maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns or malfunctions.
  • Record and report all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
  • Conduct daily inspections of facility equipment and systems.
  • Identify potential issues or risks and report them to the supervisor for action.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to complete technical tasks and repairs.
  • Provide support during emergency situations or after-hours when required.
  • Any other duties/ad-hoc tasks.
