Junior Executive – Endowment (JB Campus)

To assist the Endowment HOD in planning, developing system and procedures according to the company’s business model and policies and compliance with the statutory requirement and providing sufficient information to the board/management to enable them to make effective and efficient decision making

1. To assist HOD to implement and manage a plan to raise yearly targeted on endowment and Yayasan Yaacob fund collection

2. Responsible for assisting HOD on the administrative works related to the endowment and Yayasan Yaacob matters including record keeping, documentation, compliance and communicating with Account dept and company secretaries for annual return for Yayasan Yaacob and Endowment

3. Assist HOD in engagement with related state authorities, industry players, associations and other external parties to form a collaboration by signing MOU with NMUC. Follow up with proposal for meetings appointment, office visit and discussions with those interested parties with us.

4. Assist HOD with the engagement to Pejabat Menteri Besar Johor thru Yayasan Bandaraya Johor Bahru for the purpose to secure scholarship for NMUC students.

5. Assist HOD to do arrangement for students visit to industries for Johor Bahru as well Kuala Lumpur campus

6. Assist HOD to do arrangement for industry talks and career day for NMUC students

7. Assist HOD to prepare programmes proposal for TDC campaign i.e ProMahir initiative and Upskills4Johor for NMUC students job placement.

8. Develop and managed together with the HOD events and campaigns for the endowment fund and Yayasan Yaacob

9. Assist HOD to communicate with Student Affairs, Intern Coordinator, AA, IT,HR and CC dept on any planned activities involving NMUC students i,e CSR activities, Industry visit, Career Exhibitions and Expos arranged by government and state agencies.

10. Assist in preparing department progress report on endowment for management review

11. To co-ordinate and liaise with other departments with regards to the sourcing and utilizations of the endowment fund and Yayasan Yaacob.

12. Focus on marketing the ICMP(International Conference on Maritime,Logistics and Ports) when it officially launched by management.

To perform other duties as directed by the board/management.
