Facility Management Services (FMS)
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of all campus facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and oversee repairs, ensuring timely resolution of facility-related issues.
- Supervise maintenance staff and support their training and development to enhance team performance and efficiency.
- Assist in developing and managing the facility management budget, tracking expenses, and preparing reports for management review.
- Liaise with contractors and service providers, ensuring quality of service delivery and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to optimize space utilization and support facility needs for special events and activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving energy efficiency and sustainability practices within the facilities.
- Assist in developing and implementing emergency response plans and conduct training for staff and students.
Health, Safety, Environment (HSE)
- Responsible for apprising line manager of their HSE responsibilities
- Accountable for the effective administration of the Company HSE program
- Responsible for facilitating safety resolution of safety issues in manner that promotes proactive and stimulates production
- Responsible for the identification of infraction identified during site HSE audits
- Responsible for developing and implementing HSE training
- Responsible for the compilation and distribution of weekly/monthly HSE report
- Responsible for the establishment of an emergency response
- Responsible for reviewing and advising the Director of the quality and content of subcontractors/vendors and suppliers HSE plan
- Responsible for the provision of advice and assistance to line management for implementation and auditing of the project HSE manual and for incident reporting and investigation
- Responsible for updating documentation to conform to any changes in the HSE manual
- Responsible for maintaining and verifying compliance with SDS, government law and local authorities requirement
- To represent company management (together with Director/Manager or his representative) for all activities and programs conduct or manage by government, local authorities, clients, company, subcontractor or supplier
