Full job description
- Responsible for administering and managing all aspects of FMS and ensuring maximum satisfaction of all staff & students of NMUC.
- Responsible for the overall facility operations and actively maximize occupancy level at rentals, based on the pre agreement between the company & the clients (students/staffs).
- Responsible for acquiring reparations for debts owed to tenant. Receives and post payment to accounts, monitor overdue accounts, collects rental. Maintains files on the financial status of client’s account.
- Responsible for building maintenance of all company’s premises.
- Undertake minor building repair works, i.e. plumbing, electrical filling etc
- To monitor and update rental operation system.
- Liaise with suppliers / contractors for and rectification and repair work.
- To provide good customer service and meet customers’ expectation with regards to complaints.
- Any other duties/ad-hoc tasks.
Requirement
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have substantial knowledge and experience of supporting a financial management system.
- Must have a good interpersonal and communication skills (written & oral)
- Must be able to priorities and manage resources in order to meet objectives
- Posses own transport.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
