TECHNICIAN – FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for building maintenance of all company’s premises.
- Undertake minor building repair works, i.e. plumbing, electrical filling etc
- To monitor and update rental operation system.
- Liaise with suppliers / contractors for and rectification and repair work.
- To provide good customer service and meet customers’ expectation with regards to complaints.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, elevators, generators, and other facility equipment.
- Perform corrective maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns or malfunctions.
- Record and report all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
- Conduct daily inspections of facility equipment and systems.
- Identify potential issues or risks and report them to the supervisor for action.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to complete technical tasks and repairs.
- Provide support during emergency situations or after-hours when required.
- Any other duties/ad-hoc tasks.
